Choosing the Right Vehicle: Families, Groups & Sports Gear

The right vehicle makes the difference between a relaxed ride and a squeeze. Here is a simple guide to matching your group and luggage to the best option.

Before you book, count:

• Passengers, including children and infants
• Pieces of luggage, including carry-ons, strollers and sports equipment

Our price calculator uses both numbers to suggest the vehicles that will fit your group comfortably.

For one to two passengers with standard luggage, a car is comfortable and economical. For three passengers, or two passengers with lots of bags, our premium vehicles give you extra room.

For four or more passengers, a van such as our Toyota HiAce is the best choice. It seats up to eight people and has space for suitcases, strollers and car seats. For groups larger than one van, contact us and we will arrange several vehicles that travel together.

• Golf bags: Popular with guests heading to Royal Westmoreland, Sandy Lane or Apes Hill. Count each bag as a piece of luggage.
• Surfboards: Let us know the length so we can bring a suitable vehicle.
• Dive and snorkel gear: Usually fits easily, but mention it when booking.

Cruise travellers often carry more luggage at the start or end of a holiday. If you are transferring between the airport and the Bridgetown Port, add every bag so we can plan the right space.
